AST Live Webinar with James Vivian Giveaway T&Cs

1. The Promoter is Advanced Skin Technology Pty Ltd (ACN 007 203 447) (AST) of Ground Floor, 6-8 Compark Circuit, Mulgrave VIC 3170, Australia.

2. These terms and conditions govern participation in the AST Live Webinar with James Vivian Giveaway (the Competition). This is a competition conducted by AST.

3. Instructions on how to enter the Competition and prize information form part of these terms and conditions and will be communicated via email and will also be available through: James Vivian Live AST Webinar (advancedskin.com.au) (the Webinar). By entering the Competition entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Entry is open to residents of Australia & New Zealand who are NOT healthcare professionals (HCP) as defined in the Medical Technology Industry Code of Practice Edition 13 - 2023, this definition includes a person in training or a person under the direction or control of an HCP. Employees of AST and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are also ineligible to enter.  

5. Entries may be submitted to the Competition from 8:00 AM on 8 OCTOBER 2024 AEDT until 11.59 PM on 10 NOVEMBER 2024 AEDT (Open Period). One entry will be randomly selected to win the Competition (the Winner). The Winner will be announced during the Webinar that takes place 7 PM – 8 PM AEDT 11 November 2024. The Winner will also be notified by AST management by email and must respond within 48 hours to collect the Prize or else another Winner will be randomly selected, and no Prize or compensation will be awarded to the originally selected Winner.

6. To enter, within the Open Period entrants must:

1. Register for the Webinar by submitting the Webinar registration form through: James Vivian Live AST Webinar (advancedskin.com.au); and
2. Be one of the first 500 to register for the Webinar. 

Entries not complying with the requirements detailed above in subclauses (a) and (b) will be considered incomplete entries and disqualified. Only one entry is allowed per individual registering for the Webinar.

7. AST’s decision is final, and no correspondence or dispute regarding the Winner will be entered into.

8. The Winner will be provided with a $500 visa gift voucher (the Prize). The Winner will be bound by the terms and conditions of the Prize of which AST hold no authority over.

9. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. AST reserves the right to vary the value or the contents of the Prize.

10. AST reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant that AST has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. Personal Information and Privacy 

1. All entries in the Competition will be subject to AST’s privacy policy which can be accessed at https://www.advancedskin.com.au/ast/privacy-policy. 
2. All entries in the Competition become the property of AST. AST collects personal information from entrants to conduct the Competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this Competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested.
3. Entries may be entered into a database. AST may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by AST, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to AST for access to their personal information. 
4. Additionally, all literary works submitted as part of an entry become the property of AST, and it is a condition of entry that AST may use those literary works without restriction for its own promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes.

13. To the extent permitted by law, AST is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person or to any property due to any act or omission by AST, its employees or agents, in connection with the Competition. Any liability of AST, its employees or agents is limited to the payment of the value of the prize.
