Customers who have purchased products from the specified batches can request a refund via this link.  Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. To facilitate a smooth process, please ensure that all sections of the refund form are completed and you have included either your proof of purchase or clear images of your product, with the front, back, and batch number clearly visible.
