AST Live Webinar with Crystal Patel T&Cs

1. The Promoter is Advanced Skin Technology Pty Ltd (ACN 007 203 447) (AST) of Ground Floor, 6-8 Compark Circuit, Mulgrave VIC 3170, Australia.
2. These terms and conditions govern participation in the AST Live Webinar with Crystal Patel (the Competition). This is a competition conducted by AST.
3. Instructions on how to enter the Competition and prize information form part of these terms and conditions and will be communicated via email and Terms and Conditions will be available in: https://ast.advancedskin.com.au/crystal-patel-random-draw-terms-and-conditions
4.  Entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Entry is open to residents of Australia & New Zealand who are NOT healthcare professionals (HCP) as defined in the Medical Technology Industry Code of Practice Edition 13 - 2023, this definition includes a person in training or a person under the direction or control of an HCP. Employees of AST and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are also ineligible to enter.
6. Entries may be submitted to the Competition from 01 November 2024 8 AM AEDT until 02 December 2024 at 6:59 PM AEDT (Open Period). 10 entries will be randomly selected to win the Competition (the Winner). The Winners will be announced after the Webinar that takes place on 02 December 2024, 7 PM – 8 PM AEDT. The Winners will also be notified by AST Management by email and must respond within 48 hours, or the nomination may be reallocated, and no compensation will be awarded. Reallocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.
7. To enter, within the Open Period entrants must:
   1. Register for the event by submitting the form: (https://ast.advancedskin.com.au/ast-live-webinar-with-crystal-patel-2024
   2. The entrant must have attended the webinar on 02 December 2024, 7 PM - 8 PM AEDT.

 Entries not complying with the requirements detailed above in subclauses (a) and (b) will be considered incomplete entries and disqualified.

7. AST’s decision is final, and no correspondence or dispute regarding the Winner will be entered into.

8. The AST team will contact the Winner and coordinate to send an Aspect Luxe Travel Kit via aspectskincare.com.au for free.

9. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. AST reserves the right to vary the value or the contents of the Prize.
10. AST reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant that AST has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

11. Personal Information and Privacy

1. All entries in the Competition will be subject to AST’s privacy policy which can be accessed at https://www.advancedskin.com.au/ast/privacy-policy.
2. All entries in the Competition become the property of AST. AST collects personal information from entrants to conduct the Competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this Competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested.
3. Entries may be entered into a database. AST may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by AST, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to AST for access to their personal information.
4. Additionally, all literary works submitted as part of an entry become the property of AST, and it is a condition of entry that AST may use those literary works without restriction for its own promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes.
5. AST reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Competition or any of its components without notice.
