Promotional Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is Advanced Skin Technology Pty Ltd (ACN 007 203 447) (AST) located at Ground Floor, 6-8 Compark Circuit, Mulgrave VIC 3170, Australia. 

  1. These terms govern participation in the AST Online Exclusive Afterpay Day Sale – Save 5% off Cosmeceuticals (the Promotion) available via AST Online, in the region applicable to the customer, only. By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, AST’s terms and conditions of trade, and the terms of the applicable AST Online ordering system, available at www.advancedskin.com.au and www.advancedskin.co.nz. Customers must also abide by AST’s privacy policy found at www.advancedskin.com.au/ast/privacy-policy and www.advancedskin.co.nz/ast/privacy-policy.
  2. This Promotion is open to customers located in Australia and New Zealand. This includes Healthcare Professionals (HCP) as defined in the Medical Technology Industry Code of Practice Edition 14 - 2026, this definition includes a person in training or a person under the direction or control of an HCP.  
  3. The Promotion is available through AST Online only from 12:01am on August 13th 2026, until 11:59pm on August 14th 2026 (Open Period), in the customer’s applicable local time zone (AEST or NZST), or while stocks last. No rainchecks. No backorders. 
  4. The Promotion may be applied once per eligible order during the Open Period. Customers may place multiple orders, provided each meets the Promotion criteria. 
  5. For AST Online orders, a 5% discount will be automatically applied at checkout to all eligible orders. To qualify, customers must be logged into their AST Online account at the time of purchase. 
  6. The following products are excluded from the Promotion:  
    - Aspect kits 
    - Aspect DR kits 
    - Aspect Platinum kits 
    - Biojuve kits; and 
    - All Medical Aesthetics Brands, devices and consumables: SkinPen/Elite, MicroPen EVO, DermaFrac, LinearZ, Density, Potenza, Candela.

  7. The Promotion is not available to customers who are subject to contracted, negotiated, special or otherwise agreed pricing arrangements with AST. Where any such pricing applies, the Promotion discount will not be available or applied. 
  8. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise by AST. 
  9. Standard shipping fees apply. All orders must be submitted within the Open Period. Requests to backdate orders outside this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.  
  10. AST may, at any time, verify a customer’s eligibility or an order’s compliance and cancel any order that AST reasonably believes has been submitted in breach of these terms and conditions, AST’s Terms and Conditions of Trade, or the AST Online ordering terms. 
  11. AST may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or any of its components without notice.
  12. Personal Information and Privacy
    (a) All customers participating in the Promotion are subject to AST’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.advancedskin.com.au/ast/privacy-policy and https://www.advancedskin.co.nz/ast/privacy-policy
    (b) AST collects personal information from customers for the purpose of administering the Promotion. This information may be disclosed to third parties as required for the conduct of the Promotion or in the ordinary course of business. Participation in the Promotion is conditional upon the provision of the requested personal information.
    (c) Customers may be added to AST’s marketing database. AST may use customers’ names and contact details for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in various formats. By entering the Promotion, customers consent to such use. Customers may contact AST to access or update their personal information.
  13. To the extent permitted by law, AST is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion. Liability is limited to the value of the relevant customer order.
