Promotional Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is Advanced Skin Technology Pty Ltd (ACN 007 203 447) (AST) located at Ground Floor, 6-8 Compark Circuit, Mulgrave VIC 3170, Australia.

These terms govern participation in the AST Black Friday Stock Up & Save Sale – Save 15% when you spend $1,500 or save 20% when you spend $2,500 on cosmeceuticals (the Promotion) available via AST Online, or through orders via customer service in the region applicable to the customer, only. For the avoidance of doubt, “cosmeceutical” refers to all eligible cosmeceutical products available, excluding the products listed below.
By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, AST’s terms and conditions of trade, and the terms of the applicable AST Online ordering system, available at www.advancedskin.com.au and www.advancedskin.co.nz. Customers must also abide by AST’s privacy policy found at www.advancedskin.com.au/ast/privacy-policy and http://www.advancedskin.co.nz/ast/privacy-policy.
This Promotion is open to customers located in Australia & New Zealand including healthcare professionals (HCP) as defined in the Medical Technology Industry Code of Practice Edition 14 - 2026, this definition includes a person in training or a person under the direction or control of an HCP.
The Promotion is available from 12:01am on October 29th 2026, until 11:59pm on November 5th 2026 (Open Period), in the customer’s applicable local time zone (AEST or NZST), or while stocks last. No rainchecks. No backorders.
The Promotion may be applied once per eligible order during the Open Period. Customers may place multiple orders, provided each meets the Promotion criteria.
For AST Online orders, customers must be logged into their AST Online account at the time of purchase. Eligible orders with a spend of at least $1,500 excluding GST, shipping and any other charges will receive a 15% discount, while eligible orders with a spend of at least $2,500 excluding GST, shipping and any other charges will receive a 20% discount. The applicable discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Eligible orders qualify for one discount tier only.
For orders placed through AST customer service, the applicable discount will be applied by AST at the time the order is processed, provided the eligibility criteria are satisfied.
The following products are excluded from the Promotion:
- All devices (SkinPen/Elite,MicroPen EVO, DermaFrac, LinearZ, Density, Potenza)
- Aspect kits
- Aspect DR kits
- Aspect Platinum kits
- Biojuve kits, and
- All holiday kits (Aspect, Aspect DR, Cosmedix, Societe, PCA Skin)
The excluded products listed above (and in the linked SKU list following) are indicative only. AST reserves the right to determine final eligibility for the Promotion at checkout. View full exclusion list here.
AST reserves the right to determine whether a customer is subject to contracted, negotiated, special or otherwise agreed pricing arrangements. Customers subject to such pricing arrangements are not eligible for the Promotion.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise by AST.
Standard shipping fees apply. All orders must be submitted within the Open Period. Requests to backdate orders outside this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.
AST may, at any time, verify a customer’s eligibility or an order’s compliance and cancel any order that AST reasonably believes has been submitted in breach of these terms and conditions, AST’s Terms and Conditions of Trade, or the AST Online ordering terms.
AST may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or any of its components without notice.
Personal Information and Privacy
1. All customers participating in the Promotion are subject to AST’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.advancedskin.com.au/ast/privacy-policy.
2. AST collects personal information from customers for the purpose of administering the Promotion. This information may be disclosed to third parties as required for the conduct of the Promotion or in the ordinary course of business. Participation in the Promotion is conditional upon the provision of the requested personal information.
3. AST may use personal information for direct marketing purposes where permitted by applicable privacy laws. Customers may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe facility contained in those communications or by contacting AST.
To the extent permitted by law, AST is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies which cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, AST's liability in connection with the Promotion is limited to the value of the relevant eligible order.
